ROHUL: Pengacara Maryan SH sangat bersyukur  dan  Tetap  berusaha telah membuahkan hasil sebagai pengacara yang siap dan stenbay sebagai kuasa Hukum mendampingi Klien nya yang bernama Hermansyah atau alias Herman Bin Rusik AS. Selasa (28/4/2020)

Hermansyah sendiri adalah korban dalam dugaan tindak pidana Narkotika sebagaimana dugaan Pasal yang di dakwa terhadap Hermansyah yaitu Pasal 114 Ayat 1 junto Pasal 112 Ayat 1 Undang – Undang No.35 Tahun 2009 tentang narkotika.

Pengacara Maryan SH, sebagai Kuasa Hukum mendampingi Klien nya yang bernama Hermansyah, mengatakan kepada awak media ini,”dalam agenda putusan dipersidangan Pengadilan Negeri Pasir Pengaraian yang diketuai Majelis Hakim Bernama Irfan Hasan Lubis,SH,MH beserta Majelis Hakim Anggota Andika B.Prasetyo,SH,MBA,MH.dan Budi Setyawan SH”.

“didalam Sidang putusan sebagai jaksa penuntut umum adalah Robi Hidayat SH.sebagaimana didalam sidang putusan tersebut majelis Hakim beserta anggota dan didalam perkara Nomor : 345/PN.SUS/2019/PN.PSP yang tertulis didalam amar petikan putusannya mengadili sebagai berikut :

1 . Menyatakan terhadap terdakwa Hermansyah Alias Herman Bin Rusik AS, tersebut diatas,tidak terbukti secara Sah melakukan tindak pidana sebagaimana dakwaan kesatu atau kedua penuntut Umum

2 . Membebaskan terdakwa oleh karena itu dari segala dakwaan penuntut Umum.

3 . Memerintahkan agar terdakwa dibebaskan dari tahanan segera setelah putusan ini di ucapkan.

4 . Memulihkan hak – hak terdakwa dalam kemampuan, Kedudukan, harkat dan martabatnya.

5 . Membebankan biaya Perkara kepada Negara.

Didalam Putusan sidang yang sudah diperoleh Maryan SH sebagai Kuasa Hukum mendampingi Klien nya yang bernama Hermansyah menambahkan,” Alhamdulillah…! Saya sangat bersyukur sekali mendengarkan putusan tersebut, dimana klein saya yaitu terdakwa Hermansyah yang diduga telah terlibat dalam tindak pidana Narkotika yang sudah dinyatakan bebas pada Hari ini Selasa tanggal 28/4/2020.

Advokat Maryan SH juga menilai,”Suatu putusan yang Pers, didalam penegakan Hukum, dan untuk kedepannya didalam dugaan tindak pidana Narkotika yang termasuk salah satu kejahatan ter,organisir atau Extra Ordinary Crime, harus benar benar didalam proses Law Inforcement”.

“Baik didalam tahap proses mekanisme penyelidikan dan penuntutan harus benar benar memiliki kemampuan wawasan ilmu pengetahuan ( Science Know Lage) baik itu secara Subtantions of law ( per undang – undang itu sendiri) Law inforcement (penegak hukum itu sendiri)”.
