PEKANBARU-RIAU: DPW LP Tipikor Nusantara Prov. Riau yang Akhir-akhir ini semakin gencar di jagat raya media sosial dan maupun di kalangan masyarakat publik dengan aksinya yang menegangkan dan tidak pandang bulu terhadap siapa saja pejabat yang diduga melakukan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Dana Desa akan langsung dilaporkan ke pihak penegak hukum baik Kepolisian RI, Kejaksaan RI dan maupun ke KPK RI, dengan di dampingi Advokasi dan lembaga Gemantararaya.
Setelah Puluhan Kepala Desa di Kabupaten Kampar telah resmi di laporkan ke Kejati Riau pada hari ini oleh DPW LP Tipikor Nusantara Prov. Riau, kabarnya DPW LP Tipikor Nusantara Prov. Riau saat Konfrensi pers di ruang kerjanya, dikabarkan akan beraksi cepat dalam waktu dekat segera melaporkan belas Kepala Desa di Kabupaten Bengkalis Prov. Riau lagi karena di duga keras adanya penyelewengan Dana Desa yang tidak sesuai dengan tujuan pembangunan Desa.
Edi Zulfikar sebagai ketua DPW LP Tipikor Nusantara Prov. Riau dengan di dampingi Beberapa Advokat dari Lawyer’s Office – Legal Consultant Martinus Zebua, SH & Associates dan A.M RUDY, S yang merupakan Ketua DPW Lembaga Gemantararaya Prov. Riau saat di temui dikantornya, mengatakan kepada awak media “ya memang benar dalam waktu dekat ini kami akan segera laporkan belas Kepala Desa di Kabupaten Bengkalis karena kami menduga kuat para kepala desa yang kami laporkan ini menyelewengkan Anggaran Dana Desa yang tidak sesuai dengan peruntukannya dan serta diduga keras Dana Desa ini di pergunakan untuk kepentingan pribadi”. Dan untuk lebih pastinya biarlah para pihak penegak hukum yang akan membongkar dengan terang benderang dugaan ini.
Adapun nama-nama belasan desa yang akan segera kami laporkan dalam waktu dekat ini yakni:
Desa Dompas Kec. Bukit Batu, Desa Pinggir, Kec. Pinggir, Desa Sekodi, Kec. Bengkalis, Desa Jangkang, Kec. Bantan, Desa Kadur, Kec. Rupat Utara dan Desa Langkat, Kec. Siak Kecil.
Dan juga perlu saya tegaskan bahwa ratusan kepala desa di kabupaten Bengkalis yang akan menyusul di laporkan selanjutnya kepada Penegak Hukum namun masih dalam pengembangan pengumpulan data.

Riau A.M RUDY S, mengatakan pada awak media “kami dari lembaha Gemanyara Raya uang berfungsi sebagai kontrol sosial, maka dengan tegas saya mengatakan bahwa lembaga kami siap berikan support dan ikut serta dalam mendaping Ketua DPW LP Tipikor Nusantara Prov. Riau untuk segerah melaporkan belasan Kepala Desa di Kabupaten Bengkasi Ke Pihak Penegak Hukum Prov. Riau”. tuturnya..
Tambahnya lagi oleh Edi Zulfikar Ketua DPW LP Tipikor Nusantara Prov. “sesuai dengan peran dan tupoksi lembaga, kami siap mengawal dan membantu para pihak penegak hukum dalam membongkar dengan terang setiap laporan dugaan Tindak Pidana Korupsi yang akan kami laporkan dan tujuan kami adalah untuk tercapainya fungsi pemerintah atau pejabat yang bersih sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undang nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang Tindak Pidana Korupsi”.
