Kepala Dinas Koperasi, Transmigrasi dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Zulhendri akhirnya memanggil pihak-pihak yang terkait dengan masuknya usulan hasil Rapat Anggota Luar Biasa (RALB) Koperasi Sawit Karya Bhakti desa Mahato kecamatan Tambusai Utara kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Kamis (11/06/2020) di kilometer Empat (4) desa Suka maju  Kantor koptransnaker, jalan lingkar.

Dalam Agenda kali Perdana ini tampak hadir Kadis Koperasi, transmigrasi dan tenaga kerja beserta para Kabid dan kasi di dinas koptransnaker kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Roni SH.MH dari Kejari Rohul, Kaban Musri Kesbangpol, Abunawas dari Dinas Perkebunan, Mastur Camat Tambusai Utara, M. Fabbil Danramil Tambusai, Friadi Kades Mahato, M.Pane dari personil Polsek Tambusai Utara dan Baringin Siahaan bersama  beberapa orang pengurus koperasi sawit Karya Bhakti versi pengurus lama,

Dalam acara pemanggilan ini kadis Koptransnaker Zulhendri langsung membuka acara dan mempersilahkan kepada para pengurus koperasi versi lama untuk memberikan sanggahan atau bantahan terhadap RALB yang dimotori oleh beberap anggota  sekalian  yang dipimpin oleh Syahbela Dalimunthe dan rekan-rekan.

Versi pengurus lama dijelaskan oleh Baringin Siahaan dan rekan-rekan memaparkan berbagai  macam sanggahan dan bantahan terhadap keabsahan hasil RALB versi baru diantaranya, jumlah anggota koperasi sawit karya bhakti berjumlah sebanyak 2986 orang  dan jumlah ini dalam kategori  bilangan pembagi penerima hasil dan anggota koperasi yang berhak memilih dan menjadi pengurus berjumlah sebanyak 975 orang anggota dan yang menjadi anggota biasa sebanyak  550 orang  sisanya 425 orang menjadi anggota luar biasa,jelasnya,

Lanjutnya, rapat yang dilaksanakan oleh Syahbela Dalimunthe vs pada tanggal 27 April 2020 dinyatakan palsu karena
pengurus terpilih melanggar aturan, dan
pengurus lama  tidak satupun yang hadir dalam rapat tersebut dalam daftar hadir anggota ada yang tercantum orang yang sudah meninggal tapi ikut bubuhi tanda tangan dan ada juga yang sudah meninggal setahun yang lalu,

Tambahnya lagi, sebanyak 82 nama anggota yang menjadi  pemilik SKT masih dibawah usia 15 tahun artinya data versi RALB banyak dipalsukan alias tidak jelas,

Kadis koptransnaker mengakui bahwa pihaknya sudah pernah  melarang untuk tidak boleh melakukan RALB akan tetapi tetap juga diadakan, dan pernyataan tersebut tidak dibantah oleh pihak Dinas,

Ketua LSM Penjara Indonesia Abdi Nst yang ikut memantau jalannya acara tersebut, merasa tidak sesuai dengan hasil perkembangan dilapangan,

Hal ini dibuktikan dengan berbagai Pemaparan dan bantahan pihak pengurus yang lama tentang hasil RALB Karya Bhakti penuh tanda tanya dan ketidak jelasan, hal ini  dibuktikan nya tidak mampu memperlihatkan data perbandingngan katanya, ( Mail ).
