Dugaan Pengrusakan Hutan Dan Membuka Lahan Sawit Tanpa Izin Di Bengkalis Riau Segera Di Pidanakan

Bumi lancang kuning yang indah karena sumberdaya alamnya nan alami dan indah serta dikenal dengan salah satu paru paru dunia di Indonesia karena masih memiliki hutan lindung untuk perlindungan global, beserta berbagai kehidupan alam yang ada di dalamnya.

Ketika tangan jahil yang ganas dan terbiarkan oleh yang di duga beberapa oknum yang memberikan perlindungan kepada mereka dan ingin meraih kekayaan, lewat pembalakan liar dan pengrusakan hutan lindung dan menjadikan kebun sawit untuk kepentingan pribadi nyaris tidak bisa di hindari. Salah satunya di wilayah Kabupaten Bengkalis Riau yang bernama (Alex/Akiang) yang di duga merusak hutan dan menanam sawit miliknya tanpa mengantongi legalitas dan perizinan yang semestinya dari Pemerintah (Kementerian LHK) Republik Indonesia.

Oleh sebab itu pula dari berbagai lembaga dan yayasan membongkar tabiat penjahat tanah air Indonesia yang segaja merusak lingkungan untuk kelangsungan hidup generasi Indonesia.
Yayasan Firman Abadi yang berpusat di Kampar Riau misalnya telah menggugat Alex/Akiang di Pengadilan Negeri Bengkalis dan masih proses hukum.Dan tengah menunggu proses hukum yang diharapkan pelaku segera mendapatkan ganjaran hukum yang setimpal.

Jumat, 12 Juni 2020 saat pertemuan dengan Pimpinan Pusat Lembaga Gemantara Raya sekaligus Pimpinan Redaksi Media Group Cyber Nasional Gemantararaya.com di kantornya Jl.Nangka Pekanbaru Riau.
Firdaus, S.Ag. SH membenarkan gugatan tersebut dan menjelaskan bahwa tidak ada izin legal baik secara pribadi dan maupun secara legalitas lainnya dalam mengelola hutan tersebut, ” Pungkasnya (red)

Bahkan kita Tim advokasi hukum dan beserta beberapa lembaga akan kita kerahkan untuk segera melaporkan Alex/Akiang secara hukum Pidana, serta menggiring siapapun yang terlibat dalam pembalakan liar, pengrusakan hutan dalam area 1.100 HA untuk kepentingan pribadi dan kelompoknya tersebut.
Kami juga meminta awak media lembaga 2 pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya di Provinsi Riau turut mengawal dan mengikuti hingga ending permasalahan ini. Dan rencananya Sidang akan di lanjutkan tgl 22 Juni dgn Agenda pembuktian surat pihak Tergugat 1 atau alek “Sambungnya”
