PEKANBARU – Dugaan kasus Tindak Pidana Pembunuhan Berencana terhadap seorang gadis asal Kepulauan Nias, Kristin Vili Mendrova (23th) yang ditemukan dalam kondisi di gantung di salah satu kedai milik warga di Jl. By pass Kuranji pada Minggu (23/5/2020) lalu, sekira pukul 04.00 WIB, hingga saat ini masih belum ada kejelasan dari pihak Kepolisian Sektor Kuranji Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat.

Menyikapi kasus yang menimpa terhadap seorang gadis asal Kepulauan Nias tersebut, Ketua DPC Himpunan Masyarakat Nias (Himni) Kota Padang, Mailasa Waruwu yang juga anggota DPRD Kota Padang didampingi tim kuasa hukum dari pihak korban mendatangi kantor Kepolisian Sektor Kuranji yang berharap dalam kasus ini harus cepat diungkap, jangan dibiarkan berlarut – larut.

Mailasa Waruwu mengatakan, dirinya mewakili masyarakat Nias di Kota Padang berharap kepolisian Polda Sumbar, Polresta Padang dan terutama kepada Polsek Kuranji agar segera mengungkap dan menetapkan tersangka dalam kasus yang disinyalir telah terjadi dugaan tindak pidana pembunuhan berencana.

“Di kota ini dia merantau dari Nias untuk bekerja, namun ditemukan sudah tidak bernyawa lagi dengan kondisi Jasad di gantung pada sebuah kedai milik warga di Jl. By pass Kuranji. Nah, kasus ini terjadi pada Minggu (24/5/2020) bulan lalu, hampir sebulan sudah kasus ini berjalan namun tidak ada kejelasan dari pihak kepolisian terkait, dan saya sendiri siap mendukung dan mengawal masalah ini agar terkuak kebenarannya segera,” kata Mailasa Waruwu,Kamis (18/6/2020).

Lebih lanjut Mailasa Waruwu mengatakan, dirinya selaku Ketua DPC Himpunan Masyarakat Nias (Himni) Kota Padang dan juga salah seorang wakil rakyat di DPRD Kota Padang tentu tidak bisa tenang dan diam begitu saja. Masyarakat Nias yang ada di kota ini mendesak saya untuk dapat menjembatani kasus ini dengan pihak kepolisian supaya dapat diungkap segera.

Disamping itu Mailasa Waruwu juga mengungkapkan rasa kekecewaan, dia bersama tim kuasa hukum dari pihak korban serta LSM Gemantara Raya ketika kembali mendatangi kantor Polsek Kuranji dengan harapan dapat bertemu langsung dengan Kapolsek Kuranji Kompol Armijon. Nyatanya Kapolsek tidak ada ditempat .

Dari komunikasi yang saya lakukan melalui handphone, saat itu Kapolsek lagi menghadiri kegiatan bersama Camat Kuranji dan tidak bisa bertemu. Kita diarahkan untuk menemui Kanit reskrim yang oleh Kapolsek dikatakan ada di tempat, namun yang kenyatanya Kanit pun juga tidak ada ditempat. 

Kami seperti bola di oper – oper dari Polresta Padang di suruh ke Polsek Kuranji dari Polsek Kuranji kita di suruh ke Polresta Padang, ini kinerja kepolisian apa namanya, tidak jelas menurut saya keputusannya  dalam menyikapi persoalan yang kita adukan selaku masyarakat yang patutnya di Ayomi ,” ungkap Anggota DPRD Kota dari PDI Perjuangan ini.

Sementara kuasa hukum pihak korban, Pengacara Martinus Zebua, SH Advokat dari LawOffice – Legal Consultant Martinus Zebua, SH & Associates (Pekanbaru) mengatakan, kami ke Polsek Kuranji Kota Padang untuk mempertanyakan bagaimana mengenai permintaan tentang hasil Autopsi atau hasil Visum Et Repertum Jasad korban dari Kedokteran Forensik yang telah dimohonkan, pasalnya hingga saat ini tidak ada sama sekali kejelasannya.

Martinus akui bahwa jujur dirinya sangat kecewa sekali, kita sudah di bolak – balikan. Sebelumnya dari pihak Kapolres Padang menyuruh kita membuat surat permohonan pengambilan hasil visum ditujukan ke Kapolsek Kuranji Cq. Kanit Reskrim dan tembusan ke Polresta dan saya sudah mengindahkan arahan dimaksud sehingga saya telah masukkan ke Polsek Kuranji pada tanggal (9/6/2020) lalu, kita sudah masukkan surat itu. Dan saat ini ketika kami tanyakan hal ini ke kantor Polsek Kuranji, malah kami di suruh kembali menanyakan ke Polresta Padang.

Dikatakan Martinus Zebua, SH, kami berharap supaya hasil autopsi itu diberikan ke pengacara karena sebelumnya dari Polsek Kuranji sendiri melalui SP2HP berisikan bahwa semua keterangan saksi masih tidak menjurus kearah tindak pidana.

Jika kalau memang belum ditemukan tindak pidana, kenapa sudah hampir tiga minggu masih juga belum bisa dibuka hasil visum itu dan permohonan kita untuk meminta hasil visum itu belum bisa juga diberikan dan kenapa kita hanya di inabobokan dengan katanya akan kami kirim SP2HP. Saya tegaskan bahwa saya butuh kita buka bersama secara umum hasil Visum Et Repertumnya dan secara bersama-sama kita mendengarkan keterangan Ahli forensik, jangan dikunci kepada kita. Hasil Visum Et Repertum wajib pihak korban mengetahui karena itu adalah menyangkut sebab terjadinya tindak pidana terhadap keluarganya dan pihak kepolisian tidak diperkenankan menutupi itu kepada pihak kuasa hukum dari keluarga korban, jadi dalam hal ini saya timbul pertanyaan. Ada apa sebenarnya ???, ” ucap Martinus dengan penuh kesal.

Lebih lanjut ungkap Martinus, puji Tuhan kita bertemu dengan Personil Polisi dari Polda Sumbar. Dari pertemuan siang itu, kita bincang – bincang dan meminta agar pihak kepolisian untuk membuka terang kasus ini.

Dari hasil bincang – bincang kami tersebut, dimintakan segera untuk membuat surat  lalu dimasukkan ke Direskrimum Polda Sumbar, dimana isinya berbentuk sebuah pengaduan berbentuk kelalaian pihak kepolisian pada kasus ini.

“Sampaikan semua keluhan – keluhan kita, baik itu kepada Polresta Padang dan Kapolsek Kuranji, penyidik kasus ini, pihak dokter vorensik dan semua yang terlibat dalam kasus ini begitupun pengacara korban. Nanti semuanya akan dipanggil akan lakukan gelar perkara untuk didengarkan keterangan masing – masing,” ungkap Martinus pengacara muda itu dari Kota Pekanbaru mengakhiri.(Inf)….!!!!!
