Pekanbaru – Maraknya pungutan yang kerap terjadi disekolah sekolah tak juga dapat terselesaikan, Seperti yang terjadi di sekolah SDN043 pekan baru.
Pengakuan mengejutkan datang dari wali murid SDN 043 Tangkerang Utara, kecamatan Bukit Raya kota Pekanbaru. Menurut keterangan wali murid ada pungutan sebesar 120 Ribu Rupiah setiap bulannya dengan dalih dana terobosan.
Ironisnya, ketika awak media mencoba konfirmasi kepada Kepala Sekolah SDN 43 Pekanbaru terkait dengan dugaan pungutan sebesar 120 ribu rupiah dibenarkan oleh kepala sekolah.
“Ya kalau pungutan sebesar 120 ribu rupiah itu memang benar, dan itu kesepakatan wali murid dengan komite jauh hari sebelum saya menjadi kepala sekolah disini, saya hanya melanjutkan apa yang telah disepakati sebelum saya menjadi kepala sekolah disini,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua Komite SDN 43 Pekanbaru, yang berinisial R membantah kutipan yang dibenarkan oleh kepala sekolah tersebut.
“Tidak benar itu ada pungutan atau kutipan, yang benar itu hasil kesepakatan bersama, jadi tolong tanda kutip itu kutipan,” ujarnya.
Dikatakannya, memang benar ada dana terobosan, dan itu sudah kesepakatan bersama dengan wali murid, jadi bukan pungutan/kutipan.
Ironisnya, kepada awak media, Ketua Komite tersebut juga mengaku sebagai wartawan dan mencoba mengintervensi akan menuntut jika ada unsur pencemaran nama baik.
“Perlu saya perjelas, bahwa itu bukan kutipan, itu kesepakatan bersama, saya juga wartawan, silahkan saja tulis beritanya, tapi awas ya, kalau mencemarkan nama baik akan saya tuntut,” pungkasnya.

TENTANG PUNGUTAN DAN SUMBANGAN BIAYA PENDIDIKAN PADA SATUAN PENDIDIKAN DASAR, Pasal 1Ayat 1 menerangkan, Pungutan adalah penerimaan biaya pendidikan baik berupa uang dan/atau barang/jasa pada satuan pendidikan dasar yang berasal dari peserta didik atau orangtua/wali secara langsung yang bersifat wajib, mengikat, serta jumlah dan jangka waktu pemungutannya ditentukan oleh satuan pendidikan dasar.

Sumbangan adalah penerimaan biaya pendidikan baik berupa uang dan/atau barang/jasa yang diberikan oleh peserta didik, orangtua/wali, perseorangan atau lembaga lainnya kepada satuan pendidikan dasar yang bersifat sukarela, tidak memaksa, tidak mengikat, dan tidak ditentukan oleh satuan pendidikan dasar baik jumlah maupun jangka waktu.
