Terduga Pelaku Pencabulan Anak Dibawah Umur Berhasil Ditangkap, Direktur LBH Citra Keadilan Riau & Sejumlah Aktivis Apresiasi Kinerja Polres Kampar

KAMPAR – Tim PPA Satreskrim Polres Kampar berhasil amankan terduga pelaku yang melarikan anak di bawah umur.

Terduga pelaku ini berinisial DL (24) warga perumahan PT. Anton, Desa Siabu, Kecamatan Salo, dia ditangkap polisi, Kamis (3/9/20) di Desa Langgak, Kecamatan Tandun, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu.

Peristiwa itu terjadi pada Minggu (9/8/2020) sekira pukul 09.00.WIB, saat itu pelapor Sdri. Bowomani bersama anak gadisnya (Korban) inisial R (17), pergi ke Pasar Bangkinang untuk membeli kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari.

Setibanya di Pasar Bangkinang, pelapor bersama korban keliling pasar untuk membeli kebutuhan rumah tangganya. Ntah bagaimana secara tiba-tiba korban menghilang tanpa pamit sekitar pukul 14.00.WIB.

Pelapor dalam kebingungan berupaya mencari korban namun tak berhasil.

Tidak lama kemudian, tetangga pelapor memberitahu bahwa korban (anak pelapor) telah pergi bersama pelaku (DL,red). Mendapat informasi itu pelapor kembali mencari putri kesayangannya itu akan tetap tidak berhasil ditemukan.

Pelapor yang kehilangan akal akhirnya memilih untuk melapor ke kantor Polres Kampar guna mengungkap keberadaan putrinya.

Menindaklanjuti laporan pelapor, Unit PPA Polres Kampar langsung melakukan penyelidikan. Kemudian pada hari Kamis (3/9/2020) polisi mendapat informasi bahwa pelaku berada di Desa Langgak, Kecamatan Tandun, Rokan Hulu.

Polisi tidak menyianyiakan informasi berharga itu langsung bergerak. Selanjutnya Kanit II Sat Reskrim Ipda. Fitriyeni, S.P.Si bersama anggota langsung menuju Desa Langgak,Tandun dan berhasil menangkap terduga pelaku. Setelah berhasil menangkap pelaku lalu dibawa ke Polres Kampar untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.

Kapolres Kampar AKBP. Mohammad Kholid, S.IK melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP. Fajri, SH.S.IK saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan penangkapan terhadap tersangka kasus pencabulan anak dibawah umur tersebut.

Disampaikan Fajri, bahwa tersangka DL telah diamankan di Mapolres Kampar untuk menjalani proses hukum lebih lanjut.

“Pelaku akan dijerat dengan pasal 81 dan pasal 82 UU RI No 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Penetapan Perpu No 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak dan Pasal 332 KUHP,” jelasnya.

Menanggapi hal ini, Direktur Lembaga Bantuan Hukum (LBH) Citra Keadilan Cabang Provinsi Riau, Sobaruddin kepada media ini, Jumat (4/9/2020) via WhatsApp sangat mengapresiasi kinerja Polres Kampar yang berhasil menangkap terduga pelaku pencabulan anak dibawah umur tersebut. Kini pelaku (DL,red) menginap di jeruji besi Polres Kampar.

Ditambahkan Sobaruddin yang juga merupakan Ketua Kordinator Wilayah (Korwil) Serikat Buruh Sejahtera Independen (SEJATI) Provinsi Riau, bahwa, upaya Polres Kampar dalam menegakkan hukum dinilai cukup baik hingga dapat meminimalisir perilaku cabul di wilayah hukum Polres Kampar.

“Atas keberhasil Polres Kampar dalam menangkap pelaku pembawa lari dan pencabulan terhadap seorang anak gadi di bawah umur, saya sangat apresiasi. Semoga ke depan Polres Kampar terus gencar dalam menegakkan hukum di wilayahnya sehinga warha masyarakat Kampar nyaman, aman dan terlindungi dari upaya-upaya kejahatan,” harap Sobaruddin.

Hal senada juga disampaikan Ketua DPD GWI Riau, Bowoziduhu, bahwa kinerja Polres Kampar dalam memberantas kejahatan dan atau pelaku kriminal lainnya, dinilai cukup baik dan maksimal.

“Intinya pelayanan Polres Kampar kepada masyarakat sangat memuaskan. Pengayoman, pelayanan prima sangat diprioritas.

Saya apresiasi dan bangga terhadap kinerja pihak Polres Kampar,” ujar Ketua GWI Riau.

Selain itu, Sekjen Media Group Gemantararaya.com, AM. Rudy juga memberikan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada Polres Kampar dalam memberantas kejahatan kriminal.

“Atas prestasi Satreskrim Polres Kampar memberlakukan aturan hukum di wilayah hukumnya, kita berikan apresiasi penuh. Sehingga kinerja Polres Kampar menambah kepercayaan masyarakat,” jelas Rudy.

Tak sampai disitu saja, apresiasi terhadap kinerja Polres Kampar juga mengalir dari berbagai pihak. Hal itu disampaikan Plt.Ketua Umum DPP LSM KPK, B. Anas.

Aktivis anti korupsi itu sangat mendukung langkah Polres Kampar dalam menegakkan hukum.

“Saya sangat mendukung kinerja Polres Kampar yang telah memberikan pelayanan maksimal mungkin kepada masyarakat. Prestasi dalam menegakkan hukum ini harus tetap dijaga dan dipertahankan,” Tutur B. Anas.
