Rokan Hilir: Ditengah-tengah Pademi Covid19 dan dalam keadaan negara yang baru-baru ini menegangkan terkait Pengesahan Undang-undang Hak cipta Kerja, kini juga menghebohkan PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama yang bergerak pada Perusahaan Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir mempersulit dan mencari alasan terhadap kemacetan pembayaran Bonus karyawan yang sudah beberapa bulan tertunda.

Organisasi Pengurus Unit Kerja Serikat Pekerja Pertanian dan Perkebunan (PUK SPPP-SPSI) PT. Gunung Mas Raya Sungai Rumbia Estate – 2 serta para karyawan telah melakukan unjuk rasa beberapa kali pada 4 bulan terakhir ini tapi masih belum membuahkan hasil hingga akhirnya Pengurus Unit Kerja Serikat Pekerja Pertanian dan Perkebunan (PUK SPPP-SPSI) PT. Gunung Mas Raya Sungai Rumbia Estate – 2 meminta kepada Disnaker Provinsi Riau untuk memediasi kan permasalahan tersebut.

Kini Karyawan PT Salim Ivomas Pratama melakukan aksi mogok kerja tanpa melakukan orasi ataupun titik kumpul untuk menuntut hak bonus dari perusahaan dengan juga satu alasan menghormati dan mematuhi Peraturan Protokol Kesehatan, dalam hal ini Pengurus Unit Kerja Serikat Pekerja Pertanian dan Perkebunan (PUK SPPP-SPSI) PT. Gunung Mas Raya Sungai Rumbia Estate – 2, yang diketuai oleh WAHYUDI WARUWU dan Sekretaris MARIHOT RITONGA merespon surat yang tertempel untuk mogok kerja.

Dengan menghimbau kepada karyawan yang sudah menjadi anggota maupun yang belum menjadi anggota, agar tidak melakukan aksi mogok kerja sebab perjuangan untuk menuntut Bonus karyawan kinerja tahun 2019 sudah di perjuangkan melalui beberapa tahapan, dengan diadakannya bipartit setiap pengurus Unit Kerja PUK SPPP – SPSI dengan pihak Pimpinan Perusahaan setempat, dan melakukan demonstrasi yang telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18 agustus 2020 di Perkebunan Kayangan dan sudah dilakukan mediasi melalui Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Propinsi Riau tanggal 21 september 2020 yang dihadiri para pihak, Serikat Pekerja dibawah Kepemimpinan Samsul Tamrin Oppu sunggu yang di wakili oleh Sdr. Irvan Panjaitan beserta PUK SPPP – SPSI dan Perusahaan PT Salim Ivomas Pratama. Tbk. JD Saragih, dan hasil dari semua perjuangan itu dengan dikeluarkannya Surat Anjuran Pembayaran bonus sesuai implementasi PKB – BKS PPS Sesumatra Tahun 2018 – 2020 Salah satu sebagai Hak karyawan bahwa didalam pasal PKB yang tercantum diantaranya mengatur menyakut pemberian bonus kepada karyawan masing – masing Perusahaanya. pada tanggal 06 Oktober 2020 Dinas Tenaga kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Riau, dan didalam surat anjuran tersebut MENGAJURKAN Agar Perusahaan PT. SALIM IVOMAS PRATAMA. Tbk melaksanakan kewajibannya untuk membayarkan bonus kepada pekerja.

Agar tidak terjadi kesalah paham mengenai surat yang di tempelkan di tembok kantor Divisi dengan hal himbauan mogok kerja tanggal 14 s/d 16 Oktober 2020, himbauan tersebut dapat mengakibatkan kerugian terhadap karyawan karna hasil tuntutan hak bonus karyawan sudah sampai pada tahap ketentuan Undang-Unndang No. 2 Tahun 2004 Ttg Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial sehingga diterbitkan anjuran oleh Dinas tenaga kerja dan transmigrasi Provinsi Riau jika pihak perusahaan menolak anjuran maka akan melakukan gugatan ke Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial.

Dengan adanya surat himbauan mogok kerja yg di tempelkan oleh pihak lain di tembok kantor divisi serta dilakukannya mogok kerja kuat dugaan WAHYUDI WARUWU selaku ketua PUK SPPP – SPSI PT. GMR, SRE – 2 bahwa aksi tersebut dapat di kategorikan sebuah problem percaturan membuat anti kepercayaan karyawan kepada kami kubu PC FSPPP-SPSI Oppu sunggu (ungkap WAHYUDI) dan dapat merusak perjuangan yang telah ditempuh selama ini

Sehubungan dengan surat yang di tempelkan di tembok kantor Divisi dengan hal himbauan mogok kerja tanggal 14 s/d 16 Oktober 2020, himbauan tersebut dapat mengakibatkan kerugian terhadap karyawan sebab tuntutan yg tertuang di dalam surat tersebut, yakni: mengingat kesepakatan pada tanggal 04 Oktober 2020 di KM 23, di rumah makan soponyono yg di hadiri oleh Polres Rokan Hilir dan Disnaker Rokan Hilir, Pihak disnaker akan mengajurkan pihak perusahaan membayarkan bonus karyawan. Anjuran yg dimaksud surat tertempel telah terbit pada tanggal 6 Oktober 2020.

Menurut WAHYUDI WARUWU selaku ketua PUK SPPP SPSI PT. Gunung Mas Raya Sungai Rumbia Estate -2, dan sebagai anggota wartawan WWW.LINTASPERSITIWANUSANTARA.COM dan WWW.WARTAKRIMINALNUSANTARA.COM “surat yg di tempelkan itu bagaikan bom yg diletakan di pertengahan kota membuat masyarakat panik sama dengan surat yg di tempelkan itu di kantor-kantor Divisi PT. Gunung Mas Raya Sungai Rumbia Estate1 dan 2 memicu keryawannya malas bekerja dan menyaratkan didalam surat tersebut siap dengan resiko untuk dimangkir, dan kuat dugaanya tidak sesui implementasi Kepmen. No. Kep-232-/Men/2003 tentang akibat hukum mogok kerja yg tidak sah, biasanya kalau yang dimangkir itu mogok yang tidak sah menurut undang-undang tenaga kerja”. Sahut wahyudi waruwu selaku ketua PUK SPPP-SPSI RUMBIA ESTATE-2.

Tuntutan yang di uraika didalam surat yg di tempelkan di tembok Kantor Divisi yang bertanda tangan atas nama Ramli Manik dan Joko Winarko hanya sebuah akal – akalan!!! Sebab tidak memiliki Nomor Pencatatan Serikat Pekerja sebagaimana ketentuan Undang-Unndang No. 21 Thn 2000 tentang serikat pekerja / Serikat Buruh. Stempel dan Logo Serikat Pekerja yang di gunakan mereka serupa dengan Logo dan Stempel Organisasi Serikat Pekerja yg di ketuai WAHYUDI WARUWU dan Surat yang ditempelkan ditempat Ceklok di daerah perkebunan Kayangan, disamping itu Surat anjuran, mengajurkan pembayarkan bonus yang sudah disampaikan kepada pihak perusahaan melalui Dinas tenaga kerja dan transmigrasi Provinsi Riau maka harus menunggu 10 hari kerja untuk menaggapi surat dari DISNAKERTRANS oleh Perusahaan.

Jika tidak ditanggapi, langkah yang selanjutnya akan ditempuh pada jalur Peradilan Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial di Pekanbaru dan bukan melakukan mogok kerja. Tutupnya dengan tegas oleh Wahyudi Waruwu.
