Diduga PT. AKP Melarang masuk Area Pabrik Terkait Limbahnya

 

Pekanbaru – Terkait Adanya informasi dari masyarakat adanya dugaan pencemaran lingkungan yang ditimbulkan oleh PT Anugrah Kreasi Plasindo ( AKP), maka pada Senin, (02/11/2020) awak media mencoba menelusuri informasi yang didapat dari masyarakat tersebut.

 

“Awak media pun bergerak menuju pabrik yang terletak di daerah pasir putih tersebut”.

 

Setelah sampai di lokasi yang dimaksud, awak media pun mencoba melihat dan investigasi dari belakang pabrik. Disana awak media menjumpai seorang yang mengaku karyawan pabrik, kamipun bertanya apakah kami bisa menjumpai manager pabriknya? Karyawan tersebut mengatakan bisa dan beranjak untuk memanggil seseorang yang dikatakannya manager tadi.

 

Namun pada saat mendatangi kami ( awak media ), seseorang yang dibilang manager tadi memperkenalkan diri sebagai HRD dari perusahaan tersebut dan memperkenalkan nama sebagai Jhon.M. Alexsander.

 

Pada saat itu dia juga menegur para awak media karena awak media masuk dari belakang pabrik, sementara lokasi tersebut tidak ada dipasang plang dilarang masuk dan juga tidak dipagar. Bahkan Jhon juga mengatakan bahwa pihak pabrik melarang warga sekitar sana untuk memasuki area pabrik yang tidak dipagar tersebut, “ujarnya.

 

Setelah berbincang sejenak, akhirnya Jhon menyuruh awak media masuk lewat pintu depan.

Setelah kami masuk diruangan Jhon selaku HRDnya, maka jhonpun mengatakan bahwa pihak pabrik keberatan jika orang masuk ke area pabrik lewat belakang, bahkan mereka tidak memperbolehkan warga sekitar pabrik untuk masuk ke area belakang pabrik, karena dulu katanya pernah kecurian.

 

Sementara komentar dari salah satu warga sekitar pabrik yang kami wawancarai mengatakan bahwa kami dilarang masuk ke lokasi tersebut karena dianggap nanti mencuri barang barang yang ada dibelakang pabrik tersebut.

 

Namun saat dikonfirmasi saat ditanyakan terkait masalah tersebut, Jhon mengatakan memang benar kami melarang siapapun masuk ke area pabrik yang dibelakang, karena dulu kami pernah kecurian, “katanya.

 

Ketika awak media mempertanya kan apakah pabrik ini memiliki ijin Amdal ?, Jhonpun mengatakan bahwa mereka memiliki ijin tersebut, namun dia ( Jhon) tidak bisa memperlihatkan dokumen dokumen tersebut dengan alasan dia tidak pernah melihat dokumen dokumen tersebut. Disini timbul pertanyaan, jika memang dia ( Jhon) tidak pernah melihat dokumen tersebut, kenapa dia berani mengatakan bahwa pabrik tersebut memiliki ijin Amdal,

 

Sementara dia mengaku belum pernah melihat samasekali dokumen yang dimaksud, apakah ini tidak asal bunyi namanya ?

Ketika singgung soal limbah cair, Jhon mengatakan tidak ada limbah cairnya kecuali hujan deras, sementara keterangan karyawan yang kami wawancarai limbah cair tersebut pembuangannya sampai ke dekat perumahan sana,”ucapnya.

 

Jadi bisa diduga bahwa Jhon yang mengaku sebagai HRD tersebut diduga tidak mengetahui masalah limbah tersebut dan diduga asal bunyi.

 

Awak media juga mendapat informasi bahwa pabrik tersebut melakukan pemecatan karyawan dengan tidak memberikan pesangon samasekali.

Kami minta kepada pihak terkait untuk segera menindak masalah yang terjadi di perusahaan AKP ini.(Romi)
