Diduga Demi Menguasai Harta, Wanita 62 Tahun Akui Punya Ibu Tiri Karena Ayahnya Nikahi Wanita Kaya

Sidang lanjutan gugatan perdata yang dilakukan oleh keluarga almarhum Elvy Buntarman atas terbitnya akta waris yang terkenal dengan sebutan akta 41 atas nama Robert Buntoro yang jelas anak asuh dari Elfy Buntarman hari ini digelar di Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru dengan agenda mendengar kesaksian dari pihak tergugat.

 

 

Sidang lanjutan tersebut digelar untuk mendengar saksi saksi, seperti sidang seminggu sebelumnya agenda yang sama, mendengar kesaksian dari pihak keluarga kandung almarhum Elvy Buntarman sebagai penggugat, yang diwakili oleh Buntardjo sebagai mewakili keluarga dengan menghadirkan dua orang saksi yakni Parlaungan Pasaribu dan Johan Sipahutar,  yang mana dulunya Johan Sipahutar sebelumnya salah satu dari kuasa pihak tergugat. Namun menurut Johan dia pindah kesaksiannya ke pihak penggugat setelah tau kronologi dan kenyataan yang sebenarnya. Yang mana surat surat yang dimiliki oleh Arif Surjadi dan Mely Surjadi cs patut di duga kuat palsu. Apalagi pernikahan Elfy Buntarman (Alm) dan Arif Surjadi (Alm) juga diteruskan oleh Mely Surjadi anak dari Arif Surjadi kita yakini belum pernah menikah. Karena Elfy Buntarman meninggal dalam status single.

 

 

Sidang lanjutan kali ini terlihat sedikit mengundang perhatian beberapa orang pengunjung sebab diwarnai kejar kejaran antara salah satu wartawan yang memburu berita dari Supatmi yang berprofesi sebagai asisten rumah tangga almarhum Elvy Buntarman. Ditambah karena saksi yang dihadirkan oleh pihak tergugat justru asisten rumah tangga bernama Supatmi yang dalam kesaksiannya mengatakan bingung dan tidak tau adanya pernikahan Elfy Buntarman (Alm) dengan Arif Surjadi (Alm) yang berujung terbitnya Akta 41 atas nama Robert Buntoro yang sekarang bukan lagi warga negara Indonesia dan bukan sebagai pewaris harta Elfy Buntarman (red) karena saudara almarhum Elvy masih memiliki saudara kandung (Penggugat)

 

 

Tidak berbeda dengan kesaksian Rini yang dihadirkan oleh pihak tergugat, yang berprofesi sebagai salah satu penunggu rumah dan sempat membuka usaha laundry kiloan di rumah Buntardjo mengatakan tidak tau karena hanya numpang disana dan tidak pernah tau silsilah keluarga Almarhum (red). termasuk rumah yang ditumpanginya dan sempat buka usaha, yang mana rumah tersebut sempat juga di klaim oleh keluarga tergugat sebagai harta miliknya. Namun dengan sigap dan jelas kronologis harta tersebut akhirnya berhasil di ambil kembali oleh pihak keluarga Elfy Buntarman (Alm) Buntardjo CS.

 

 

Salah satu dari saksi tergugat yang dihadirkan tersebut bernama Supatmi dan sebagai asisten rumah tangga Almarhum Elfy Buntarman, menurut Buntardjo kepada wartawan dan bertindak sebagai penggugat harta kakaknya mengatakan bahwa Supatmi di duga kuat ikut terlibat dalam perebutan harta keluarganya yang di Nakhodai oleh Arif Surjadi dan keluarganya, termasuk saat ini Mely Surjadi anak dari Arif Surjadi (Alm) yang kami duga kuat meneruskan jejak ayahnya merebut harta keluarga kami (Elfy Buntarman).

 

 

Namun menurut Buntardjo akan mempidanakan mereka yang terlibat setelah putusan pengadilan, dan tidak pernah menyerah hingga mereka sadari bahwa hak orang bukanlah halal untuk di rampas. Sehingga anak dan cucu mereka paham bahwa harta yang mereka miliki bukanlah jerih keringat perjuangan yang pantas, tapi beresiko dosa turun temurun. semoga saja dapat terungkap karena masih banyak kami duga warisan keluarga kami, almarhum kakak saya di daerah lain. Dan kami akan usut sampai kapanpun. “tutur Buntardjo”
