FORMASI RIAU Minta KPK Usut Keterlibatan Riki Adik Amril Mukminin Dalam Dugaan Korupsi dan Pencucian Uang

 

 

Pekanbaru – Sidang Bupati Bengkalis nonaktif kembali digelar, Kamis (03/09/2020) lalu di Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru. Kali ini Jaksa Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menghadirkan Riki Rihardi yang merupakan adik Amril Mukminin sebagai saksi.

 

Riki Camat Mandau Kabupaten Bengkalis itu dimintai keterangan terkait sejumlah uang yang disita KPK saat melakukan penggeledahan di rumah dinas Amril beberapa waktu lalu.

 

Lantaran, ia yang juga Mantan Kabag Umum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten (Setdakab) Bengkalis itu diketahui tinggal di rumah itu saat dilakukan penggeledahan oleh KPK.

 

Ketika jadi saksi, adik Amril Mukminin itu sebut uang Rp 805 juta disita KPK

 

Oleh karena itu FORMASI RIAU minta KPK usut tuntas keterlibatan Riki adik Amril Mukminin dalam dugaan korupsi dan pencucian uang .

 

“KPK juga bisa mengusut keterlibatan Riki ini melalui Pasal 5 UU Nomor 8 tahun 2010 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (UU TPPU),” kata Dr Nurul Huda.SH. MH kepada wartawan Kamis (6/1/2021)

 

Menurutnya lagi,”Dalam Pasal 5 dikatakan bahwa, setiap orang yang menerima atau menguasai penempatan, pentransferan, pembayaran, hibah, sumbangan, penitipan, penukaran, atau menggunakan, harta kekayaan yang diketahuinya atau patut diduganya,” terang Direktur FORMASI RIAU, Dr Nurul Huda.SH. MH.

 

“Hasil tindak pidana sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 2 ayat (1) dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama 5 (lima) tahun dan denda paling banyak Rp 100 juta,” ungkapnya.

 

Menurutnya,”Riki sudah mengaku uang tersebut didapat dari Amril, dan Amril sudah dihukum 6 tahun karena korupsi walaupun sekarang KPK lagi proses banding. Artinya secara hukum pembuktian, KPK sudah mempunyai dasar untuk mengusut Riki ini dalam dugaan TPPU,” jelasnya

 

Kemudian menurut FORMASI RIAU,” Sebaiknya KPK segera melakukan pengusutan dugaan keterlibatan Riki ini hingga tuntas. jika Riki ini tidak diusut cepat oleh KPK, kami khawatir ada pendapat di tengah-tengah masyarakat, bahwa Riki ini kebal hukum dan tidak bisa disentuh KPK,” tutupnya.***
