Lakukan Aksi Damai, HIMARI Tuntut Pecat Kepala KAKANTAH Kota Pekabaru

 

 

Pekanbaru – Himpunan Mahasiswa Riau yang di ketuai oleh Maulana Syaifurrasyid akan melakukan aksi damai ke kantor BPN kota Pekanbaru terkait pelanggaran pasal 264 ayat 1 KUHAP tentang penerbitan data otentik palsu diatas putusan MA RI.

Dalam aksi damai yang akan dilakukan oleh HIMARI pada hari rabu tanggal 27 Januari mendatang membawa 5 tuntutan, diantaranya :

 

1. berantas mafia tanah di kota pekanbaru

2. naikkan Status tersangka Kepala Kantor Pertanahan (KAKANTAH) kota Pekanbaru Bapak Ronal Lumban Gaol menjadi tersangka dalam pelanggaran pasal 264 ayat 1 KUHAP tentang penerbitan data otentik palsu diatas putusan MA RI

3. meminta kepada penyidik Polda Riau agar dapat segera mengirimkan surat Pemberitahuan Dimulai Penyidikan (Spdp) ke Kejati Riau,

4. Pecat Bapak Lumban Gaol dari Kepala Kantor pertanahan Kota Pekanbaru

5. Usut tuntas semua oknum-oknum Badan Pertanahan nasional (BPN) yang terlibat dalam penerbitan hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) Hotel Royal Asnof.

 

Ketua HIMARI Maulana Syaifurrasyid ketika di konfirmasi awak media mengatakan semua tuntutan yang di bawa saat aksi damai tersebut dapat di terima oleh berbagai pihak.

 

“Kami berharap semua tuntutan yang kami bawa ini dapat diterima dengan baik, kami ingin Mafia tanah di pekanbaru diberantas, juga Polda Riau segera mengirimkan SPDP ke Kejati Riau. Naikkan Status tersangka Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pekanbaru Bapak Ronal Lumban Gaol dalam pelanggaran pasal 264 ayat 1 KUHAP tentang penerbitan data otentik palsu diatas putusan MA RI”.

 

Lanjut oleh Maulana, untuk segera memecat Bapak Lumban Gaol dari Kepala Kantor pertanahan Kota Pekanbaru, dan mengusut tuntas semua oknum-oknum Badan Pertanahan nasional (BPN) yang terlibat dalam dalam penerbitan hak Guna Bangunan (HGB) Hotel Royal Asnof.

 

Maulana juga mengatakan aksi damai yang akan dilakukan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan. “Setiap peserta aksi akan menggunakan masker, menggunakan Hand Sanitaizer dengan jumlah peserta aksi sebanyak 30 orang, sesuai dengan aturan protokol kesehatan,”tutup ketum HIMARI.
