Kades memaksa wartawan Agar datang kedesanya kalau tidak datang wartawan
akan dijemput dirumahnya. diduga karena pemberitaan tersebut Kades kepanasan alias gerah dan resah.
Kuat dugaan Kepala Desa dan sejumlah kaurnya tidak paham undang-undang PERS.
Akhirnya sejumlah wartawan datang ke Desa Koto Mesjid, Kades berdalih sudah pernah mengajukan rumah layak huni, Kades menyebut “Rosmiati menolak dua kali bedah rumah, dengan alasan Rosmiati meminta rumah layak huni,”Ucapnya.
Hasil pertemuan di Desa Koto Mesjid sejumlah wartawan yang hadir saat itu membuat pengaduan ke Lembaga Bantuan Kukum (LBH) Citra Keadilan Provinsi Riau.
Menanggapi hal tersebut Direktur LBH Citra Keadilan provinsi Riau menyampaikan coba dulu di tes oleh para kaur serta kades desa koto mesjid untuk tinggal di rumah rosmiati tersebut biar mereka tau rasanya. tuturnya
Dalam menjalankan tugasnya kawan-kawan wartawan memiliki “Dasar hukum” jadi biar bapak kades dan para kaur desa koto mesjid tau berikut di paparkan Direktur LBH Citra Keadilan Provinsi Riau

Instruksi presiden republik indonesia nomor 1 tahun 2010 tentang percepatan pelaksanaan prioritas pembangunan nasional.
Direktur Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Citra Keadilan Provinsi Riau menambahkan bahwa LSM dan wartawan dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebagai kontrol sosial dijamin Undang-Undang , LSM dan wartawan dalam menjalankan tugasnya tidak ada yang bisa menghalanginya dalam menjalankan tugasnya.
Pasal 1 ayat (11) UU No 40 Tahun 1999 tentang Pers merupakan hak seseorang atau sekelompok orang untuk memberikan tanggapan atau sanggahan terhadap pemberitaan berupa fakta yang merugikan nama baiknya.
Sedangkan hak koreksi menurut ayat (12) merupakan hak setiap orang untuk mengoreksi atau membetulkan kekeliruan informasi yang diberitakan oleh pers, baik tentang dirinya maupun tentang orang lain. Ujar Dikektur LBH Citra Keadilan provinsi Riau kepada sejumlah wartawan di pekanbaru tanggal 27-01-2021
Ia menambahkan berdasarkan bukti rekaman vidio saat sejumlah wartawan ke desa koto mesjid dan rekaman suara maka direktur LBH Citra Keadilan bersama puluhan tim pengacaranya akan mempelajari sejumlah rekaman tersebut dan jika memenuhi unsur maka akan melaporkan kepala desa dan sejumlah kaur desa koto mesjid kepihak penegak hukum, tegas Direktur LBH Citra Keadilan provinsi Riau.
