Kasek SMK Negeri 3 Lahewa Ciptakan Lulusan Yang Mampu Bersaing

NIAS UTARA – Dunia pendidikan sangat penting bagi para generasi untuk bersaing di dunia kerja. Jika ada keinginan untuk merubah hidup menjadi lebih baik maka utamakanlah pendidikan dari dasar sampai ke perguruan tinggi.

Menurut Kepala SMK Negeri 3 Lahewa kecamatan Lahewa kabupaten Nias Utara provinsi Sumatera Utara yang baru a.n Lina Marleni Harefa, M.Pd saat diwawancarai oleh Media di ruang kerjanya, Jumat (13/02/2021) mengatakan bahwa target utamanya untuk setiap lulusan siswa/i SMK Negeri 3 Lahewa harus mampu bersaing di dunia kerja.”harapnya”.

Itu harapan Lina Marleni Harefa M.Pd Lulusan Magister Teknologi Pendidikan dari Universitas Negeri Jakarta ini, ketika dia di beri tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai kepala sekolah SMK Negeri 3 Lahewa. Pihaknya mengatakan bahwa untuk mewujudkan lulusan yang baik maka perlu dukungan dari berbagai pihak baik dukungan dari orang tua siswa maupun dukungan komite sekolah dan dukungan dari tokoh masyarakat. “sebut kasek”

Lanjutnya “bahwa antusias masyarakat setempat untuk mendukung terselenggaranya pendidikan sangat baik utamanya komitmen guru-guru di SMK Negeri 3 Lahewa. “jelasnya”.

Ia menambahkan lagi, sesuai harapan pemerintah pusat bahwa SMK adalah jenjang pendidikan formal yang tujuan lulusannya untuk bekerja. Saat ini ada 2 jurusan yang ada di SMK Negeri 3 Lahewa yaitu : Jurusan Pertanian dan Jurusan Teknologi Komputer dan Jaringan.

Tentunya Untuk menjawab kebutuhan dunia kerja saat ini akan kita sesuaikan dengan jurusan dan ketersediaan SDM. Sehingga ada upaya yang sistematis, terukur dan bersinergi semua pihak sehingga setiap lulusan benar-benar berkualitas.

Disinggung mengenai fasilitas yang tersedia di sekolah yang dia pimpin saat ini, untuk mendukung metode pembelajaran, memang masih banyak kekurangan seperti jaringan internet, laboratorium dan sarana prasarana lainnya.

Dan kami telah berupaya melalui Dinas KOMINFO Kabupaten Nias Utara dan telah melaksanakan konsultasi di pemerintah pusat dan diperkirakan pertengahan tahun ini sudah dibangun tower. Dan dia berharap supaya pemerintah pusat melalui kementerian pendidikan dan olahraga Republik Indonesia untuk memberikan perhatian khusus di SMK Negeri 3 Lahewa karena salah satu kendala adalah jaringan internet, harapnya sambil mengakhiri pembicaraan.
