Bogor, Cileungsi(Kab.Bogor), Ketua Umum Presidium Bogor Timur Alhafiz Rana merespon baik terkait surat yang ditujukan kepada Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat oleh Gubernur Jawa Barat, Mochamad Ridwan Kamil.
Surat usulan persetujuan bersama Ketua DPRD dan Gubernur terkait usulan CDPOB Kabupaten Bogor Timur dan Indramayu Barat. Nomer 373/OD.04.02/PEM.OTDA. Tertanggal 22 Januari 2021.

Al Hafiz Rana berujar sangat mendukung keputusan Gubernur Jawa Barat tersebut.

“Karena sesuai dengan komitmen saat beliau kampanye akan mengusulkan Bogor Timur sebagai salah satu daerah otonom baru yang terpisah dari Kabupaten induk”ujarnya, Kamis (19/02/2021).

Ketua Presidium Bogor Timur ini juga menjelaskan, Masyarakat juga rindu akan adanya Bogor Timur ini.

“Harapan dari 1,2 juta masyarakat di Bogor Timur. Tentu ini menjadi tugas kita, selaku warga Bogor timur untuk mengawal bersama sama agar segera di Paripurnakan dan di tanda tangani oleh Ketua DPRD dan Gubernur Jawa Barat. Semoga usulan Calon Daerah Persiapan Otonom Baru (CDPOB) secepatnya di putuskan bersama
dan Semoga di Semester 1 tahun 2021 ini bisa terealisasi” singkatnya.
