Diduga Rusak Warung Dan  Curi Barang Warga, Oknum Kepala Desa Dipolisikan

Diduga seorang Oknum Kepala Desa (Kades) bersama istrinya setelah merusak warung, dan mencuri barang milik warga Desa Koto Cengar, Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik, Kabupaten Kuansing Riau akhirnya dilaporkan ke Polisi.

 

Fitri (47) tahun ibu rumah tangga dan juga pedagang akhirnya melaporkan pencurian yang dilakukan (MH), yang berprofesi sebagai oknum kepala desa pada hari Kamis, 21/1/2021 di Mapolres Kuantan Singingi Riau, dengan LP/18/2021/Riau/SPKT/RES/ Kuantan Singingi.

 

Menurut informasi yang dihimpun oleh awak media, berdasarkan konfirmasi elektronik korban menjelaskan tidak tau modul dari pelaku tersebut sehingga mereka melakukan secara terang-terangan dan sangat brutal. Selain merusak pintu warung saya juga mencuri speker milik saya dan pakaian di serak di sepanjang jalan. “Tuturnya”.

 

Menurutnya bahwa pelaku bergerombol dengan membawa teman temannya dengan alasan tidak bisa dimengerti. Bahkan Camat, Polsek, BPD dan Kepala Suku (Ninik mamak) tidak ada dikoordinasi terkait hal yang dilakukan oleh oknum kepala desa, bahkan diduga hal yang dilakukannya itu bersama istri dan temannya murni kejahatan.

 

Pelaku itu oknum Kepala desa dan istri nya, ngajak rekan2 nya untuk ikut bongkar warung dan mencuri beberapa barang milik saya. Mereka dobrak pintu dan merusak kunci, dan bahkan pakaian dibawa dan dibilangin di jalan, menurut saya sangat biadap perbuatan oknum Kades dan istri beserta rekan2 nya tersebut, “lanjutnya”.

 

Mereka secara paksa membongkar pintu hingga rusak, dan tanpa sepengetahuan saya, waktu itu saya sedang berada di rumah, saya berharap Kepolisian segera menindak pelaku seberat beratnya, ini keterlaluan, bahkan pelaku yang juga sebagai oknum kepala desa tersebut pamer kekebalan hukum, bahkan hingga istrinya membuat status Facebook yang menyinggung Pegawai Negeri Sipil tanpa tujuan yang jelas. “Tambah Fitri geram sambil nunjukin status istri terlapor”.

 

Sementara itu team Investigasi yang mewakili media group dari salah satu lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat mencoba mengkonfirmasi hal ini kepada terlapor. Namun tanpa alasan yang jelas (MH) tidak memberikan jawaban atas laporan dugaan pelanggaran rumusan undang undang pasal 362 KUHP yang mungkin menggiringnya ke jeruji besi tersebut.
