Diduga Mafia Tanah Dapat Kemudahan Asal Ada Uang, Masyarakat, Minta Presiden, Kapolri Tepati Janji

Ketegasan pemerintahan Jokowi dalam memberantas mafia tanah, hingga Kapolri menegaskan keseriusannya dalam memberantas mafia tanah, termasuk mafia  kasus yang berkaitan dengan lahan ditunggu oleh banyak kalangan. Terlebih masyarakat kecil yang tidak sedikit lahan miliknya kembali kepada mereka.

 

Salah satu contohnya Buntardjo alias Adam yang harta peninggalan kakaknya yang belum pernah menikah dengan siapapun (Elfi Buntarman) diduga kuat dicaplok oleh orang lain yang mengaku ahli waris yang tidak ada hubungan keluarga selain hubungan kerja dengan kakak korban.

Bahkan menurutnya mafia tanah dapat dukungan dari oknum mafia hukum yang meperlintirkan kebenaran menjadi salah. Beberapa bulan lalu saya menggugat Akta Notaris yang diterbitkan oleh salah satu notaris di Pekanbaru, dan akte tersebut kepada anak Abang saya yang sudah pindah warga negara. Dan hingga kini tidak ada informasinya, tetapi justru orang lain yang mengklaim lahan tersebut miliknya yang juga sama sekali tidak ada hubungannya dengan keluarga kami. “Tuturnya”

Orang tersebut adalah Meli Surjadi anak dari Arif Surjadi rekanan almarhum saya kerja. Anehnya dia memasang plank dilahan kami tersebut, dan bahkan melaporkan kami ke Polda Riau dan Polresta Pekankbaru. Dan anehnya lagi laporannya mulus diterima, sementara saya melaporkan dugaan pemalsuan surat, penghinaan dan pencemaran nama baik kami di tolak mentah2 oleh pihak Kepolisian Daerah Riau dan Polresta hingga Polsek setempat. Kami berharap janji Presiden dan Kapolri bisa menegakkan keadilan di Negeri ini. “sambungnya”

 

Ditambahkannya bahwa Robert Buntoro anak anak Abang kami di asuh oleh kakak saya dan dalam akta lahirnya jelas. Karena kakak saya tidak menikah. Dan akte waris atas harta kakak kami telah kami miliki, anehnya Pengadilan Negeri Pekanbaru membenarkan aktanya yang kami duga kuat diterbitkan tidak berdasar, dan anehnya lagi orang lain dari keluarga Almarhum Arif Surjadi yaitu Meli Surjadi justru mengklaim sebagai pewaris akibat Putusan Pengadilan. Dan kami masih optimis keadilan akan datang lewat putusan banding yang sedang kami upayakan.

 

Saat ditanya wartawan keterkaitan Meli Surjadi dalam warisan kakaknya, Buntardjo mengatakan bahwa meli cs itu kami duga dan yakini mafia, dia mengaku bahwa bapaknya sudah menikah dengan kakak saya dengan cukup bukti foto yang diduga editan, padahal jelas kakak saya belum pernah menikah. Dan banyak hal mengenai dokumen yang kami duga dipalsukan, namun kami tetap melakukan upaya melaporkan, termasuk ke bapak Kapolri karena di tingkat SPKT Polda, Polres, Polsek tidak diterima akibat dugaan permainan busuk mafia2. Bahkan ke Bapak Presiden Jokowi akan kami sampaikan laporan resmi. “Tutupnya”
