Menolak Masyarakat Untuk Pengurusan BPJS Dan KIS, Diskes Kota Pekanbaru Dianggap Mengecewakan Masyarakat

Pekanbaru, 08/06/2021- Media Team

Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru heboh akibat penolakan kepada masyarakat kota Pekanbaru yang mengurus BPJS kesehatan dan KIS di Kantor Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru yang terletak di Jl. Akibat ulah dari Dinas Kesehatan tersebut membuat kekecewaan yang amat memprihatin, terlebih manfaat BPJS tersebut adalah sangat dibutuhkan oleh warga negara, dan masyarakat kota Pekanbaru khususnya.

Hal ini menurut sumber dan korespondensi media group yang tengah berada di lokasi membenarkan dan meliput secara live kejadian yang mengecewakan tersebut. Menurutnya kelihatan jelas pihak pelayanan publik dari Dinas yang terletak di jl.Melur No.103 tersebut secara jerang benderang menolak permohonan dan m dr nyuruh bubar dengan alasan yang tidak jelas. “tuturnya”.

Maka justru itu banyak masyarakat yang sangat kecewa pelayanan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru Riau yang seharusnya memberikan pelayanan yang prima untuk masyarakat, karena mereka adalah dibayar dan digaji oleh masyarakat, salah satunya dari beli sabun colek saja langsung kita bayar pajak untuk membayar gaji para pegawai ±10% PPN. “tambahnya sebagai salah satu pemohon”.

Mereka sebagian besar ibu2 yang jauh jauh me datangin kantor unit BPJS kesehatan untuk mengurus kartu BPJS kesehatan dan KIS, tetapi sangat di sayangkan saat masyarakat menyodorkan berkasnya ke pihak dinas kesehatan BPJS / KIS tidak di terima berkas masyarakat tersebut. Saat ditanyakan kepada petugas apa alasannya tidak menerima berkas masyarakat yang mau mengurus kartu BPJS kesehatan / KIS? petugas Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru menjawab
belum selesai berkas dari bulan empat sampai bulan lima.Maka justru itu tidak di terima berkas masyarakat yang mau mengurus kartu BPJS kesehatan saat ini. Sementara banyak masyarakat yang tidak mampu untuk membayar uang rumah sakit.

Mendengar jawaban tersebut sontak masyarakat kecewa dikarenakan program pemerintah untuk BPJS dan KIS tersebut wajib prioritas demi pelayanan kesehatannya yang telah diatur untuk dijamin oleh Negara. Terkait ada yang tidak membayar tentunya tidak diperbolehkan untuk menjadikan kendala dalam pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat lainnya.

Sementara yang bayar mkin yang bisa memenuhi kewajiban sesuai kemampuannya, dan yang masih menunggak juga sebaliknya, namun itu tetap kewajiban mereka sebagai warga negara yang wajib dibayar suatu herannya koq yang mengurus baru menjadi korban dalam point tersebut…”tutupnya”.

Sementara salah satu pimpinan lembaga pemberdayaan masyarakat, kontrol independent, timwal program Jokowi, dan juga pimpinan salah satu media group terbaik saat ini (R.Andika) yang tengah bertugas di Riau saat menerima keluhan masyarakat tersebut spontan kecewa dan mencoba mengklarifikasi hal ini kepada PLT Kadiskes Kota Pekanbaru dr Arnaldo Eka Putra. Namun hingga berita ini dilansir belum ada jawaban transkrip pembicaraan antar dua mitra kerja tersebut.
